Job summary

You will manage daily upkeep, custodial and groundskeeping, coordinate office moves, negotiate service contracts, and supervise vendors. Ensure compliance with local codes, OSHA, ADA, and emergency protocols while leveraging CMMS/IWMS systems and budgeting controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, CRE, PM, or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial property or portfolio management experience.
• Strong financial literacy and contract negotiation skills; proficiency with CMMS/IWMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily upkeep, custodial services, groundskeeping, and preventive maintenance for building systems (HVAC, life safety).
• Optimize workspace utilization and coordinate office reconfigurations or relocations.
• Negotiate service contracts and leases; supervise external contractors and verify invoices.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA, ADA, and emergency protocols.
