Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain facility projects including work orders, maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinate and monitor progress of facility projects with facilities management.
• Assist with strategic business development activities for the company.
• Collaborate with facilities team and vendors.
• Monitor and report facility activities to management.
• Attend meetings and perform duties to support company objectives.
• Manage documents, invoices, and work orders related to facilities projects.
• Identify facility improvements with stakeholders and assist with problem solving.
