Job summary

InfuCare Rx is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support planning, organization and implementation of facility projects within our home infusion operations. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will help manage work orders, maintenance, and repairs to keep our clinics and patient services running smoothly.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with the facilities team and external vendors, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems and driving

Qualifications

• Facilities experience preferred.
• Specialty Pharmacy or Home Infusion Services experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products.
• Experience with information technology a plus.
• Drive for results with accountability.
• Clear, concise communication.
• Proven success across past career positions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain facility projects, including work orders, maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinate and monitor progress of facility projects with facilities team.
• Assist facilities management in strategic business development.
• Collaborate with facilities team and vendors.
• Monitor and report facility activities to management.
• Participate in meetings and business development activities.
• Obtain and manage documents, invoices, agreements, work orders related to projects.
• Interact with stakeholders to identify facility improvements needed.
• Assist with overcoming facility obstacles and solving problems.
• Remain proficient in computer applications and skills.
