Job summary

InfuCare Rx in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support planning, organization and implementation of facility projects in line with the company’s business plans.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will develop and maintain projects, coordinate vendors, monitor progress, prepare documentation and reports, and collaborate across teams to ensure reliable operations and sustained facility improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility project planning and coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• IT experience a plus.
• Drive for results with accountability to achieve company goals.
• Clear, concise communication and proven success in past roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain facility projects as directed, including work orders, maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinate and monitor progress of facility projects under facilities management.
• Assist facilities management in strategic business development activities for the company.
• Collaborate with facilities team and vendors.
• Monitor and report facility activities and provide information to management.
