Job summary

InfuCare Rx, a leading home infusion provider, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support planning, organization and implementation of facility projects in line with the company's business plans. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will help manage work orders, maintenance, and vendor coordination.

The role emphasizes collaboration with facilities teams, documentation, reporting to management, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Facilities experience preferred.
• Specialty Pharmacy or Home Infusion Services experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products.
• Experience with information technology a plus.
• Drive for results and self-accountability for achievement.
• Clear, concise communication.
• Proven success across past career positions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain facility projects as directed including, but not limited to, work orders, maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinate and monitor the progress of facility projects under the direction of the facilities management team.
• Assist facilities management in strategic business development activities for the company.
• Collaborate with facilities team and vendors.
• Monitor and report on facility activities and provide relevant information to management.
• Participate in meetings and other functions necessary to perform duties and assist in business development for the company.
• Obtain and manage documents, invoices, agreements, work orders, etc., in relation to facility projects.
• Interact with facilities team and other key stakeholders to identify facility improvements.
• Assist with overcoming facility-related obstacles and solving problems.
• Exhibit flexibility when work assignments need to be adjusted to meet service, delivery and workloads.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Remain proficient in computer program applications, knowledge, and skills.
