Responsibilities

• Manage construction contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or concerns.
• Enter and monitor insurance certificates and contractor documentation.
• Review contract change orders and ensure proper documentation and routing.
• Ensure invoicing breakdown aligns with accounting guidelines and approvals.
• Support branches on facility management and track project status.
