Job summary

JLL is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to support day-to-day project management across diverse assignments. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, plan and organize workloads, and coordinate construction/renovation initiatives from scope to budget and schedule management.

The role requires on-site presence; candidates must reside in North Carolina, South Carolina, Southern Virginia, or Georgia, with remote-Atlanta options.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as Facility Manager or Infrastructure Project Manager or equivalent
• Proven ability to prepare, manage, and track project budgets
• Strong understanding of construction requirements, HVAC, and emergency projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication with architects, contractors, and clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Regular travel to client sites and offices is required

Responsibilities

• Support project executives on multiple projects and ensure coordination across initiatives
• Develop scope and schedule documentation with milestones and deliverables
• Identify and address risks related to logistics, budget, and scope changes
• Coordinate Vendor RFPs and manage evaluation/selection
• Interact with contractors/subcontractors to negotiate terms and keep momentum
• Prepare/update status reports and process invoices and financial tracking files
• Track project performance against schedules and critical path
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and relocation of functions as needed
• Demonstrate proactive focus on meeting client/project requirements with cost efficiency
