Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to provide reliable, timely, and professional support across diverse assignments in the facilities sector. The role requires independent judgment in planning, prioritizing, and organizing a varied workload, with coordination of construction and renovation initiatives from scope development to budget tracking and schedule management.

On-site presence is required, with relocation expectations to client sites.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in facilities or infrastructure project management
• Ability to prepare, manage, and track project budgets
• Understanding of construction requirements, HVAC, and emergency projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel to various office locations and client sites

Responsibilities

• Support project executives on multiple projects, coordinating across initiatives
• Develop scope and schedule documents with milestones
• Identify risks and manage budget constraints
• Coordinate RFPs and vendor selection
• Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
• Prepare status reports and process invoices
• Track project performance against schedules
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and relocations
• Ensure timely, cost-effective service delivery
