Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to provide professional PM services on designated projects at client sites, campuses, and facilities. You will interact with client representatives onsite, coordinate with property/facility management, and monitor services under client contracts for PM and tenant improvements.

Qualifications include a BS in Engineering or Architecture and at least 5 years in project management/engineering roles, with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years directly related experience in engineering/construction project accountability
• Minimum 5 years project management experience
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in project management, leading and developing employees

Responsibilities

• Prepare project agendas, budgets, and timelines to meet objectives and keep building management informed
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews through design phases and construction
• Assist in selection/oversight of consultants and construction teams
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices with client and property management
• Support business development efforts and client service delivery
• Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures
• Collaborate with building/facility personnel to meet quality, service, cost and profit goals
• Report major issues and recommendations to management
• Obtain approvals for organizational changes and budget expenditures
• Ensure compliance with laws, codes, and safety regulations
• Maintain high standards of work performance and keep skills up to date
