Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to provide professional project management on designated client site projects, campuses, and facilities. You will coordinate with the property/facility management teams, clients, owners, and account managers to ensure project success from concept to completion.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, leadership in supervisory roles, and hands-on tenant improvement project exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred.
• Up to 50% travel required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and project teams at all design/construction phases.
• Assist in the selection, contracting process and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices and discuss costs with client and property management.
• Support the marketing of services to clients and adhere to policies and procedures.
