Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager for multi-use facility construction. The role oversees ground-up and facility infrastructure projects, coordinating scope, schedule and budget with clients.

This position requires up to 50% regional travel within the Eastern Time Zone and a strong background in real estate project management, MEP systems, and governance. Base salary ranges from $115,000 to $125,000 USD, plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP and CCM designations preferred.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience strongly desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Kahua or similar PM software and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk plans.
• Develop resource plans, bid evaluations, and vendor selections.
• Establish governance and ensure data integrity and documentation are maintained.
• Lead the project team, provide guidance, and drive performance against objectives.
