The role requires advanced technical expertise, strong business insight, and proficiency in Asana and industrial facilities knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore.
• Asana proficiency for collaboration and tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide timely updates on progress, risks, schedules, and budget status.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and status reviews.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, timelines and safety regulations.
• Oversee contractor performance and review schedules and cost reports.
• Maintain an organized, multi-project perspective with attention to detail.
