Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Boston, MA is seeking a Project Manager for multi-use facility construction. You will manage all areas of project management from initiation through closeout, including scope, cost estimates, schedule, and risk. This role requires up to 50% regional travel in the Eastern Time Zone.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; LEED AP, PMP, and CCM are preferred. Proficiency in Kahua and D365 is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience is strongly desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in Kahua or similar project management software and D365 or other ERP platform.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
• Sophisticated math skills for complex calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including scope, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including scope of work, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFQs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans, track progress, and report status and variances.
• Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
