Job summary

Syner-G in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of facilities, engineering, maintenance, and site infrastructure projects within regulated pharmaceutical environments. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure safe, compliant project delivery.

The role partners with Facilities, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation/CQV, EHS, IT, and Operations to deliver upgrades, equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in facilities, engineering, maintenance, or site operations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, change control, commissioning, qualification, and turnover processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through turnover and closeout.
• Develop plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and engineers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support capital projects, facility upgrades, equipment installations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Coordinate shutdowns, outages, and cross-functional planning activities.
• Facilitate meetings and drive action tracking and change control.
• Oversee procurement, contractor management, and project execution planning.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and site procedures.
