Job summary

Syner-G is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Facility Readiness & Laboratory Relocation to lead planning, coordination, and execution of laboratory, office, and utility projects within regulated life sciences environments. You will liaise with Process Development, engineering, QA, and operations to ensure safe, compliant, and on-schedule delivery.

The role requires 8–15+ years of experience in facility and laboratory projects, with a strong PM skillset and knowledge of GMP/CQV processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in facility, laboratory, and utility project management in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and stakeholders to support facility, laboratory, and utility projects.
• Coordinate requirements, equipment needs, move sequencing, facility access, shutdowns, and readiness activities.
• Lead stakeholder communication, track actions, decisions, dependencies, risks, and provide status updates.
