Job summary

Syner-G in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support capital projects at a large pharmaceutical manufacturing facility using single-use and stainless-steel processing systems.

You will serve as owner-side engineer, coordinating across disciplines, vendors and internal stakeholders to design, procure, construct, commission and hand over projects that meet GMP expectations and site standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–7+ years of project engineering or facilities engineering experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple facility and infrastructure capital projects from scope to turnover.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover with internal teams and external partners.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical deliverables; manage budgets, schedules and risks.
• Support GMP compliance, change controls and qualification activities.
• Develop execution strategies and procurement plans; monitor costs and performance.
