Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
• 5–10 years of Facilities Engineering experience, or experience as a General Contractor, Construction Manager, or Subcontractor.
• GMP cleanroom experience strongly preferred.
• Strong experience with facility systems, utilities, and process equipment.

Aufgaben

• Lead CM/PM activities with external service providers under facility, system, or equipment contracts.
• Ensure CM and PM programs are documented and GMP-compliant.
• Conduct inspections of facility utilities, equipment, and systems to identify risks and improvements.
• Oversee updates of P&IDs, HVAC documentation, electrical one-lines, and process flow diagrams.
• Monitor freezers and critical equipment, ensuring operation and alarms are addressed.
