Job summary

Syngene is seeking a Manager of Facilities to lead the Facility Services group, spanning maintenance, metrology, and capital planning. You will ensure facilities and equipment meet cGMP standards and regulatory requirements, while managing budgets and cross-functional teams.

You will partner with the Engineering & Maintenance leadership to drive safety, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in a biopharmaceutical environment with at least 7+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record leading Facility Services, maintenance, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Facility Services group.
• Oversee General Maintenance, Manufacturing Support, Metrology, and Facility Resource Planning.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
