Job summary

Syner-G is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Facility Readiness and Laboratory Relocation to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of regulated life sciences projects across labs, offices, and utilities. You will liaise with Process Development, stakeholders, vendors, and operations to ensure compliant, on-schedule delivery.

The role focuses on startup, relocation, equipment installation, and utility readiness, with travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years managing facility, laboratory, utility projects.
• Experience in GMP/CQV environments and regulated facilities.
• Experience with laboratory relocations, startup activities, and CQV coordination.
• Bachelor's degree and PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate requirements, move sequencing, facility access, shutdowns, and readiness activities.
• Lead communications, track actions, decisions, risks, and schedules.
• Support commissioning, qualification, turnover, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain relocation plans and readiness trackers for lab equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Facilities, Quality, EHS, IT/Automation, CQV teams and vendors.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and regulatory alignment throughout projects.
