Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; additional experience may offset.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction PM.
• Experience with Government contracting required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations across assigned portfolio with emphasis on maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor maintenance work and track progress against plans.
• Support development of repair solutions and project documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisors and end users on requirements.
• Manage project planning, risk, scope, budget, and schedule for assigned facilities.
• Ensure data in SharePoint, SAP, WMS, and TRIRIGA is current monthly.
• Provide QA oversight, site visits, and reports, ensuring conformance with drawings and specs.
