Job summary

GBTI Solutions Inc. seeks a facility management professional to support corridor-level acquisition, funding, and BOMR operations for a government program.

You will help plan, execute, track, and sustain real property and facility operations across an assigned corridor with regular coordination with government COR and partner agencies. Responsibilities include acquisition support, cost estimates, budgeting, and contract management across TRIRIGA and SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in facility management.
• Bachelor’s degree may be offset by relevant experience with COR approval.
• Resume must be approved by the COR and Government client before start.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition support for projects and monitor procurement timelines and milestones.
• Assist program/project managers with acquisition documentation, plans, and performance measures.
• Help develop requirements documents (SOW, SOO, PWS) in line with policy from USACE, FAA, GSA, CBP, FAR.
• Assist with IGCEs and lifecycle cost estimates: market research and historical pricing.
• Support cost-estimating quality practices and related training.
• Manage funding and budget for assigned initiatives; submit PRRs and track in SAP.
• Track project costs in TRIRIGA and report funding status monthly.
• Support BOMR operations, maintenance, and repair contracts for the corridor.
• Assist with sustainment planning, trend analysis, and reporting to managers.
