Job summary

GBTI Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced facility operations specialist to provide on-site support for federal real property programs.

The role focuses on acquisition, budgeting, and program-management consulting, coordinating timelines, procurement docs, and performance metrics. Preferred candidates have TRIRIGA, SAP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office familiarity, plus the ability to interface with government agencies and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Education may be offset by additional experience with Government client and COR approval.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition support and program-management consulting/analysis.
• Assist with procurement timelines, milestones, and acquisition documentation and performance measures.
• Develop requirements documents (SOW, SOO, PWS) aligned with USACE, FAA, GSA, CBP, HSAR, FAR and policy.
• Perform market research, determinations of findings, and analysis of alternatives (min 3 vendors).
• Support IGCEs and lifecycle cost estimates through market research, pricing history, and comparisons.
• Track funding and budget for initiatives; submit PRRs and monitor actions in SAP.
• Coordinate M&R reporting and maintain data and contract information for standard reporting.
• Interface with customers, executing agencies, Facility and Infrastructure Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Work Leader.
