Job summary

Pleasant Valley Corporation in Medina, OH seeks a Project Manager to serve as the primary client contact for local and corporate stakeholders, managing multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and company standards.

You will coordinate with account representatives, vendors, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong client relationships while adhering to SOPs within

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial facilities or property management resolving client issues.
• Strong phone-based customer service experience and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; alternative 5–7 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, data entry, scheduling and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with construction and general trades; PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client issue resolution for maintenance requests via PVC Connect and direct communication.
• Create and manage work orders; source and assign subcontractors or technicians; ensure cost-effective service delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders; negotiate quotes and provide updates.
• Manage 45–60 open work orders concurrently, 8–15 per week, with values from $200 to $1M.
• Adhere to SOPs and company guidelines; support Facilities Management staff; lead rollouts and bid preparations.
