Job summary

Camelot Facility Management is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to represent the facilities team onsite for a multi-year expansion in Boston’s Back Bay. You’ll integrate operational realities into design reviews, coordinate logistics, and ensure spaces and systems are ready for live operations.

In this role you own the facilities perspective with no budget authority, collaborating with the client’s leadership, managing turnover docs, and driving on-site collaboration across design,

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in facilities, project, or construction management.
• Knowledge of MEP and building systems (design-level engineering not required).
• Strong communication with varied audiences; professional and discreet.
• Calm, organized when priorities shift; detail-oriented with follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the connector between design/construction and facilities leadership; report risks.
• Build operations into the plan with schedules, risk mitigation, contingency planning.
• Coordinate site access, loading docks, shutdowns; minimize disruption.
• Conduct early reviews of MEP and building systems; coordinate with facilities team.
• Serve as primary contact for punch lists and closeout; track items to resolution.
• Coordinate occupant communications about project activity.
• Collect turnover docs and enter into CMMS for day-one readiness.
