Job summary

Camelot Facility Management is hiring a Facilities Project Manager to represent the facilities team onsite in Boston’s Back Bay on a multi-year expansion project. You’ll bridge design and operations, ensure logistics and safety, and oversee turnover from construction to live operations.

You’ll coordinate MEP reviews, manage punch lists, and collaborate with the client’s facilities leadership to keep schedules, budgets, and occupancy readiness aligned with operational needs.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in facilities management, project management, and/or construction management.
• Working knowledge of MEP and building systems (design-level engineering not required).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including explaining technical information to varied audiences.
• Professionalism, discretion, and composure in a high-visibility corporate environment.
• Calm, direct, and organized when priorities compete and plans change.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the connector between design/construction and the client’s facilities leadership; report status and risks.
• Build operations into project schedules and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate contractor site access, loading docks, and staging with construction and security; plan shutdowns.
• Conduct first-pass reviews of MEP and building systems and coordinate with client’s facilities team.
• Serve as primary contact for punch lists and closeout; track items to resolution.
• Coordinate with client communications on occupant-facing announcements.
• Collect turnover docs and enter into CMMS for day-one readiness.
