Kelly Services is seeking a highly motivated Facilities Project Manager to support our growing facilities team in the Clear Lake, Texas area. The role focuses on expanding and outfitting facilities, with a passion for thoughtful building design, building systems, and problem solving.

You will oversee construction, renovations, and upgrades, document progress daily, and ensure safe, on-budget delivery while coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, education, and training.
• 5+ years of facilities experience with construction, planning, design, and space allocation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Facility Management Software.
• Familiarity with local building codes, and international building codes.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical diagrams and blueprints.

Aufgaben

• Ensure all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget.
• Oversee new construction, renovations, and upgrades of facilities.
• Visit job sites daily to document and ensure the quality, safety, and progress of the work.
• Record activities on a daily log for all project documentation.
• Maintain photo records of all phases of the assigned projects.
• Oversee assigned projects from initiation to closure.
• Adhere to building regulations and communicate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
