Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead the sustaining capital program for client facilities in Texas. You will drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment while focusing on asset reliability, safety, and environmental value.

• Strong client-facing project management across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, procurement coordination, stakeholder alignment, and change control.
• Ability to translate technical, financial, and operational information into concise leadership updates, client-ready recommendations, and decision-focused reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of Facility Sustaining Capital projects across intake, validation, planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, closeout, and handoff.
• Partner with customer stakeholders to confirm business need, funding path, project priority, and expected client value.
• Develop and maintain project charters, scopes of work, ROM estimates, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and escalation plans.
• Coordinate with IFM, Technical Services, P&P, SPO, Finance, Procurement, EHS, vendors, and site leadership for alignment with customer requirements and C&W standards.
• Support vendor engagement, bid coordination, PO tracking, change order management, and invoice validation per procurement processes.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, sustainability benefits, and client expectations; escalate risks early with recommendations.
• Facilitate meetings, maintain action logs, and communicate progress to C&W and client leadership.
