Job summary

E-Space in Arlington, TX is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead planning, delivery, and commissioning of facility upgrades, renovations, and expansion projects, integrating EHS, security design, and maintainability while managing budgets and schedules.

You will oversee governance, contractor performance, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and design principles, and you will coordinate handover to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of project management experience in facilities construction, renovation, or capital infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 and budget management.
• Experience coordinating multi-trade contractors and managing subcontractor compliance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Leadership Oversight & Governance: Ensures all facility projects comply with governance standards, design principles, and MOC requirements.
• Facilities Management: Delivers facility upgrades, renovations, and expansion projects from design through construction and handover.
• Maintenance & Reliability: Coordinates equipment installation and handoff to maintenance operations, ensuring maintainability.
• EH&S: Integrates safety and environmental requirements into project design and execution.
• Physical Security & Site Access: Delivers security system installations and upgrades as part of capital projects.
