Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of facilities project management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, IT infrastructure, and energy management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee plant expansion initiatives and site selection to support growth.
• Coordinate and execute renovations for plant and corporate facilities with minimal disruption.
• Support planning, implementation, and integration of IT infrastructure for operations.
• Support installation and development of maintenance programs for HVAC, generators, and other systems.
• Develop and drive energy optimization projects to reduce costs.
• Manage contracts for utilities as appropriate.
• Support installation of corporate security programs to protect assets and people.
• Support environmental initiatives with corporate safety to ensure compliance.
