Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute capital and expense-funded improvements.
• Manage scopes, schedules, estimates, spending, risks, documentation, implementation, and closeout.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and campus maintenance resources.
• Support engineering, testing, and design activities to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate 5S improvements and asset management to ensure reliable operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and contractor requirements.
