Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Demonstrated executive-level written and verbal communication skills for leadership updates.
• PE licensure preferred; LEED certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, challenge, and approve technical drawings, specs, and changes from external partners.
• Manage scope, schedules, estimates, risks, and commissioning plans across internal and external teams.
• Resolve issues through containment, root cause analysis, and verified closure.
• Translate evolving manufacturing needs into facility designs and technical standards.
• Coordinate planning for acceptance testing, system energization, and startup.
