Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers through daily project operations.
• Assist in setup, scheduling, and tracking PM agreements in BuildOps.
• Coordinate PM service calendars, technician assignments, and vendor participation.
• Communicate upcoming PM services to clients and manage access requirements.
• Dispatch technicians for maintenance, PM, and project work.
• Maintain subcontractor, vendor, and client relationships.
• Organize data for BuildOps scheduling and project management tasks.
• Collect service reports, PM checklists, and compliance documentation.
• Support procurement activities including pricing requests and purchase orders.
• Receive calls and emails for service requests and scheduling.
• Assist with inspection coordination and compliance visits.
• Track deficiencies and follow-up repairs.
