Job summary

Haggerty Construction seeks a skilled on-site Superintendent to lead construction projects from mobilization to demobilization in California. You will oversee subcontractors, vendors, and clients, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and schedule adherence.

You report to the General Superintendent and communicate project updates daily. The role requires hands-on supervision, problem-solving, and strong document control.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on construction experience with leadership ability.
• Advanced knowledge of plans, specs and building systems.
• Proven leadership and decisive problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work meets quality and specification standards.
• Coordinate project mobilization and branding efforts.
• Manage daily activities of subcontractors, vendors and staff.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to resolve field conflicts.
• Submit detailed daily reports with photos each Friday.
• Maintain safety programs and incident reporting.
