Job summary

Haggerty Construction seeks a Project Manager – Facilities to lead project estimation, scheduling, and maintenance management across client sites. You will oversee contractors, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion of work orders and service agreements.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems, and a commitment to safety and quality in construction environments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships.
• Experience estimating projects and preparing budgeted proposals.
• Knowledge of contracts and related documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive client relationships.
• Estimate projects and prepare budgeted proposals for client approval.
• Negotiate and execute service contracts.
• Prepare construction schedules and daily/weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate and manage maintenance work by technicians and vendors.
• Review invoices and ensure proper cost coding.
