Job summary

H5 Data Centers is seeking a Project Manager Coordinator to support construction projects and manage the flow of information and invoices. You will help track schedules, assist with purchasing, and ensure proper documentation is shared with partners and vendors.

Reporting to the SVP of Operations, you will liaise with the project management team to monitor equipment lead times, receiving, and invoicing, while promoting health and safety practices across facilities.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding and principal working knowledge of facility support systems.
• Requires understanding and principal working knowledge of Security environments and receiving into the facility.
• Good communication skills in dealing with employees and vendors.
• Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 30 lbs.
• Familiar with use of all Microsoft Office products.
• Familiar with project management concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance on construction purchasing and tracking.
• Assists on invoice tracking, management, and budgeting support.
• Coordinates with outside vendors as required.
• Provides feedback regarding contract management and guidance.
• Prepare and delivery to partners the necessary documentation related to construction projects.
• Manages construction equipment lead time and receiving.
• Evaluates and makes recommendations on project management tools and process.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
