Responsibilities

• Manage client work order verification per SLAs.
• Provide timely price quotes for approval and follow up with client.
• Establish and maintain vendor relations.
• Match and assign the appropriate vendor for the work order.
• Ensure timely dispatch of vendors and accurate records.
• Collaborate with clients on a national level and report status.
• Analyze and resolve client issues and reconciling vendor invoices.
• Ensure client invoices are accurate in billing.
• Act as point of contact for project issues and client relations.
