Job summary

QinetiQ US seeks a Facilities Program Lead to support the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Policy (OUSWP) PMO office in the Pentagon. The role leads the facilities management contract team, processes foreign gifts, manages parking and records, and trains staff on enterprise tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years direct related experience.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Familiarization with the Foreign Gifts program.
• Records Management knowledge/experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead for the Facilities Management contract support Team.
• Oversee processing of foreign gifts from in-processing to appraisal completion.
• Provide training on the Enterprise Gift Tracker.
• Coordinate with DoD and other orgs for in/out-processing of gifts.
• Communicate with personnel from contractors to senior leadership.
• Manage all parking permits for OUSW(P) personnel and access control for 300+ spaces.
• Assemble, evaluate and present data to Senior Leadership.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and program management tools.
• Provide training on Foreign gift procedures, Vehicle clearances, Facilities functions.
• Assist the TWS Director in managing and tracking orders for OUSW(P) building supplies/services.
• Serve as the primary contact for PMO Facilities Office records management.
