Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Facilities Program Lead to support the PMO for the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Policy. The role focuses on facilities, gifts tracking, and related operations to support mission success.

The ideal candidate will hold a TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5 years of related experience, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years direct related experience.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Familiarization with the Foreign Gifts program.
• Records Management knowledge/experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimum guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities Management contract support team.
• Oversee processing of foreign gifts from intake to appraisal.
• Provide training on the Enterprise Gift Tracker.
• Coordinate with DoW and other agencies for in-processing/out-processing.
• Communicate with personnel and leadership as needed.
• Manage parking permits for 300+ spaces.
• Assemble and present data to Senior Leadership.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and program management tools.
• Train personnel on foreign gift procedures, vehicle clearances, facilities functions, and requests.
• Assist the TWS Director with orders for building supplies and services.
• Serve as primary contact for the PMO Facilities Office records management.
