Job summary

QinetiQ US seeks a Facilities Program Lead to join the PMO team supporting the Pentagon's OUSWP. You will lead the Facilities management contract team, manage foreign gifts workflow, parking, and records, and present data to senior leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of related experience, and TS/SCI clearance. You will train staff, coordinate with WHS and other DoW agencies, and drive process improvements across building operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years direct related experience.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Familiarization with the Foreign Gifts program.
• Records Management knowledge/experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead for the Facilities Management contract support Team.
• Provide oversight of the processing of foreign gifts.
• Provide training on the Enterprise Gift Tracker.
• Coordinate with WHS and other DoW organizations for in-processing and out-processing of gifts.
• Communicate with contractors to senior leadership as needed.
• Manage parking permits for OUSW(P) personnel (300+ spaces).
• Assemble, evaluate and present data to Senior Leadership.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and program tools for senior leadership review.
• Assist the TWS Director in managing building supplies/orders.
• Serve as the primary contact for PMO Facilities Office records management.
