Job summary

Jacobs seeks a facilities Process/Mechanical Engineering Owner’s Representative to support client manufacturing projects, reviewing designs and leading construction document reviews. You will collaborate with client owners and site teams to establish design requirements and drive projects through execution, including complex piping and facility systems.

The role emphasizes multi-disciplinary teamwork, fast-paced environments, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• At least 2 years in chemical/mechanical facilities engineering, including ultrapure water, gas & chemical distribution, piping and related systems.
• At least 2 years of design project delivery experience.
• Experience with complex semiconductor manufacturing tools is a plus.
• EIT or PE license is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Edit client specifications and standards, review design packages (P&IDs, layouts, details) and provide feedback.
• Review vendor submittals, RFIs, and construction documents to drive accuracy.
• Interface with client and site personnel to lead design through construction.
