Job summary

PMM Facilities Management LLC is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead operations across multiple job sites, oversee client relations, planning, budgeting, and the maintenance of facilities, equipment and staff.

The role requires strong knowledge of building systems, vendor management, safety compliance, and the ability to develop teams, win new business, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• 8–10 years progressive experience in facilities management or real estate operations.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• CFM or FMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, evaluate, budget for, and organize all activities relating to Facilities Management programs across the portfolio.
• Serve as facilities liaison to executive leadership and primary client contact; ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure operations comply with legal, regulatory, and health and safety standards.
• Establish and maintain Quality Assurance program and ensure processes and tools meet standards.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships; prepare bid specs for vendor service agreements.
• Coordinate, manage, and respond to emergencies, ensuring robust resolution.
• Payroll approvals for assigned staff biweekly.
• Provide site surveys, evaluations, and financial pricing to support sales for new business.
