Job summary

Persona Signs, LLC is seeking a proactive Preventive Maintenance & Site Survey Manager to own large-scale PM programs across multiple sites. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality survey data for new program rollouts.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance program management or related roles.
• Experience managing high-volume PM programs across multiple sites.
• Background in vendor management, dispatching, site surveys, or project coordination strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS/FMS systems and client portals such as Service Channel, EcoTraks or Corrigo.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale PM work orders from scheduling through completion and invoice readiness.
• Build and maintain PM schedules across a multi-site client portfolio, ensuring work is planned ahead of due dates.
• Review scopes of work for accuracy and alignment with program requirements and equipment specs.
• Ensure timely dispatch, status updates, and closure of PM work orders in line with SLAs.
• Coordinate site survey work orders to scope locations and support program rollouts.
• Coordinate with vendors to source, schedule, and complete PM and site survey work across trades and locations.
• Provide timely status updates and documentation through client portals and internal systems.
• Act as escalation point for high-priority PM or site survey issues and drive corrective actions.
• Track PM cycle performance and contribute to process improvements and KPI reporting.
