Job summary

CCI INC is seeking a Porter to maintain a clean and safe living environment at The Terraces in Kettering, OH. Responsibilities include interior and exterior cleaning, light maintenance support, and occasional landscaping tasks.

The ideal candidate can lift up to 50 lbs, has basic painting/maintenance skills, and is computer-literate. This on-site role offers opportunities for hands-on growth within our growing real estate platform.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed.
• Clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as needed.
• Empty all trash cans on a daily basis and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Pick up garbage around the property daily.
• Assist maintenance team as needed, including painting and work orders.

About the Role

As a Porter, your primary responsibility is to ensure a consistently clean facility. This entails maintaining the grounds, performing maintenance tasks, and cleaning the property's interior and exterior, including potential landscaping duties. While not required, having minor maintenance experience, such as painting and drywall repair, is considered a plus for this position.
