Job summary

Thresholds is seeking a Manager of Facilities Planning & Construction to lead the Facilities PMO, directing capital improvement, renovation, and infrastructure projects. The role collaborates with leadership, staff, consultants, and contractors to ensure safe, efficient delivery aligned with strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities or capital project management, strong leadership, and expertise in governance, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CM/Engineering/Architecture/Business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of facilities, construction, capital project management, or related experience.
• Experience supervising and developing professional staff; leading multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership for the Facilities PMO and aligns workloads with organizational goals.
• Leads, coaches, and develops PM staff to foster accountability and growth.
• Oversees capital budgets, forecasting, and expenditure monitoring.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, safety standards, and governance across projects.
• Communicates status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
