Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Facilities Assistant Project Manager to support planning, execution, and closeout of facility improvement projects. You will work with Facilities Management, contractors, and internal customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with operations.

Responsibilities include tracking schedules and budgets, coordinating meetings, and assisting with QA, safety reviews, and turnover to operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
• 2–5 years of facilities, construction, or project coordination work experience.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and closeout of facility projects.
• Track schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Assist with vendor management and contract documentation.
• Support safety compliance and permit tracking.
