Parc Center for Disabilities seeks a Manager of Capital Projects to lead the planning, coordination, and management of construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects across campuses. The role ensures projects stay on schedule and within budget while aligning with organizational goals.

The Manager acts as liaison to architects, engineers, contractors, and grant partners, oversees the capital improvement plan, and coordinates with executives to manage risk and project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Min. 3 years’ experience in commercial construction or capital improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering/architecture or related field preferred
• Knowledge of AHCA, ADA, and Life Safety Code preferred

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple construction and capital improvement projects from concept through completion.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors and government agencies.
