Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus five+ years of directly related experience.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in facilities maintenance planning.
• Experience using CMMS, Maximo.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active DOE Q-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide non-exempt and entry-level exempt team members.
• Ensure MOW duties are performed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate asset identification, O&M strategy, maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Recruit, train, assign, recognize, and assess staff performance.
