Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories is seeking an experienced Team Leader for the Mechanical Maintenance Team onsite. You will oversee non-exempt personnel, coordinate maintenance of HVAC, chilled water, boilers, and related systems, and manage safety, schedules, and budgets.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years supervisory experience, with Maximo and DOE Q clearance eligibility. This role requires onsite work at Sandia's facilities in New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide non-exempt team members, managing recruitment, training, work assignments, and performance actions.
• Coordinate deliverables, project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing to meet customer requirements.
• Supervise personnel responsible for constructing, maintaining, and repairing utility systems, buildings, and infrastructure.
• Develop team capabilities and support current and future projects.
• Provide technical guidance on system operations and repairs.
