Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and 5 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• DOE Order 426.2A: bachelor of science in engineering or related science with 4 years nuclear experience; substitution allowed up to 50 percent of experience.

Responsibilities

• Increase organizational efficiencies and productivity through improved teamwork and integration of departments.
• Provide direction to Work Control Planners, Maintenance Support Specialists, and Schedulers.
• Oversee preparation, review, and issue of work packages in accordance with procedures.
• Review changes in scope to active work packages and oversee major scope revisions.
• Track and expedite established priority of work packages.
• Manage administrative activities including permit development, records management, and training.
• Provide input for budgets reviews related to work control planning objectives for cost effectiveness.
• Establish and enforce safety, procedure compliance, and appropriate work behaviors.
