Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Basic computer skills and CMMS exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance per codes and standards.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and repairs on basic facility systems (plumbing, gas, fire alarm, HVAC, electrical).
• Manages emergencies (leaks, floods, power outages, etc.) and reads blueprints/Life Safety drawings.
